What now?

Clinton wins Texas, Ohio, and Rhode Island primaries.

Obama wins Vermont.

Texas Caucus results too close to call.

Huckabee drops out.

Bush endorses McCain.

What does it all mean? What will happen next?

(Your guess is as good as mine - I'd love to hear what you have to say..... My apologies for today's absence - the kiddo is sick - we were in the ER at 4:30 this AM! I should be back tomorrow though. Hope you like the movie so far!)

I was watching the results last night, and it was really interesting to see how practically every 30 seconds the results kept changing! In regards to Huckabee, i think we all knew that was coming. No miracle could save him! Also, Hillary really clutched those few states, and she needed them so stay in the race. What will come of that? I don't know but I think it will go up until the convention. What was the thing about the caucuses in Texas though? Does that count the same as the primary there? Or is it in addition?
P.S. I hope your little boy's feeling better!!!

I thought about this today. Clinton I think has huge support for the hispanics and I think that overtime people are growing to like her more and more; however, I think Obama still has huge supporters. I agree with Shelby..the results are ALWAYS changing! it's crazy and so hard to keep track. And also agreeing with her, Huckabee was kind of a lost cause for a while becuase the suport from the country really wasn't there and McCain was in the lead by a lot. The fact that Bush endorses McCain could help him, but it could also hurt him becuase many poeple in the country right now do not like Bush; however, many people support the ideas of McCain, so again who knows?!

I think that Bush endorsing McCain will overall help McCain because, believe it or not, there are still a lot of supporters for Bush, and some republicans are afraid of change and want to keep the white house as similar as they can for the next election.

I think that it is really good that Hilary got back into the race because it is now even more of a mystery for the democratic candidate. Especially since she won Ohio which I believe no president or not many have been elected without winning Ohio, so that should be interesting!
