hmm. Even though Alpizar caused false fear for the people on the plane, but he was mentally ill.
I feel bad for the Alpizar guy and his wife. well, the air marshal could've aimed at the arms or legs -- not necessarily killing him? killing is a bit too much.
or... is this just be a horrible accident due to the marshal's lacking consideration and imprecision with gun shooting.
