You Be the Judge...

Imagine that you are a Supreme Court justice. How would you approach interpretation of the Constitution? Would you be a strict or loose constructionist?

I think it really depends on the situation of the case. but overall I think I would go with the loose interpretation. Like we discussed in class, the Constitution written centuries ago doesn't always apply to the modern time period, it would be wise to follow the general idea of the Constitution rather than the exact phrases of it.
