Bouch at Berkeley

Bouch is currently at Berkeley with Model UN. Supposedly, a flag was burned yesterday down the street from where she types this (she didn't see it). Given the activist-minded nature of this town, such actions are not surprising. What are your thoughts on flag burning? Should it remain a protected form of symboling speech? Or should members of Congress and state legislatures be supported in their efforts to pass a constitutional amendment banning such activity?
